Oh and just when did energy star compliance come about? could it have been after the holes in the ozone were going to cause a global freeze? Hmmmm I wonder because if I remember correctly it was about the same time we started enforcing all kinds of regulations on cars that cost us money and industries that couldnt afford the regulations and had to leave for countries that don't do that sort of thing. I think we should just use what god gave us ie coal firewood etc and leave the creationism to him. We all know man made is what put us in this position in the first place.

Ok we do not take out insurance on our cars because we want to and once we didn't have to. Its kind of like driving being a privilege when originally it was a right that didn't require a license. I'm not saying our pollutants aren't an issue. I'm not saying we shouldn't be doing things to take care of our planet. The fact remains co2 is necessary to promote life so calling it a pollutant is a bit scary if you stop and think about things like seatbelt laws that were created to protect us and just how out of hand some of that is getting.I know for a fact our fire department isnt allowed to write down deaths by seatbelt or seatbelt failure anymore because someone doesn't want to lose the fine money generated for the state or they would be reporting it more. Take NY wanting to tax carbonated softdrinks and other things high in sugar like orange juice because we are getting to fat while taxing fitness centers at the same time. I think there are other more deserved priorities and necessities that need to be considered before we hype up something like global warming or a coming ice age that happened before and will probably happen again because mother nature just handles things that way. We dont need doomsayers and political scams. We need to get back to simple things like being considerate of our neighbors and lending a helping hand. I just wish the governments would keep their hands out of my pockets so I could....funny how my energy star compliant refridgerator saved me the amount in energy this year as my property taxes went up. Oh and my stupid fridge cost me 2300 for something that is supposed to be less taxing on the environment and run more efficiently yet this is my second one in 10 years so for the two i've dumped in landfills after paying 125 to have the environmentally safe coolant removed to compare it to my first 400 dollar fridge that lasted me 3 times as long leaving me far less landfill usage and a big gap in costs i'm sorry if i'm leary. When will it all end. I hope the gods are listening and drop an ice age on Washington and a few other places like it in the world.

And your evidence that MOST c-sections are due to serious medical complications is...? Having a previous c-section does not in any way require a repeat c-section for a subsequent pregnancy. That's where you're offbase and mistaken. You're right about the mother-blame. It's a disgusting sociocultural belief that has worked its way into the birth arena.
